• Circluation Policy:

PK – books are selected by the librarian and brought to the classrooms each week.

K- 3 each child, picks their own book for the week which is due back the next week (7-day loan).

4^th -5^th each student is allowed to check out 3 books at any time for a 7-day loan.

6^th -8^th each student is allowed to check out 5 books at any time for a 7-day loan. Renewals are allowed by patron.
 

• Late or Lost Books

Books that are not returned by their due dates causes that student patron not to be able to checkout another book until the overdue book is returned or funds to purchase a new copy (by the library) are given to the librarian. If at the end of each quarter an overdue book is not found, then the library strongly recommends that the book value price is paid for by check to St. Thomas More School with it sent directly to the library with patron's name on envelope.  Please remember, the longer this situation takes in finding a book the more hurtful it becomes to your child.
