Winter Athletics Mass - 12/3

If you would like to volunteer at a Booster Club event with children, you must be Safe Environment trained. Updates (as of October 30, 2023):
 

• Uniforms were #1 priority according to many parents, and we've responded  by devoting the majority of our efforts and funds to updating our branding and apparel. All uniforms have been designed, ordered at discounted prices, and funded by the Booster Club.  Here's our current status update:
  • Cross Country - new uniforms received
  • Volleyball - new uniforms received
  • Boys' Soccer - new uniforms shipped 
  • Varsity Basketball - new uniforms ordered
  • JV Basketball - uniforms designed and vetted

 

• Athletics Mass, including a blessing of our basketball teams by Father Scott, is scheduled on Sunday December 3rd at 9:15am. STM athletes should wear their basketball game jerseys with church appropriate attire. All grades are welcome and encouraged to attend.  There will be a reception for STM families hosted by the Booster Club following the Mass. 

  

• Support the Booster Club as Knight Families if you haven't already! Please complete our form and select your contribution. The money we have raised from our annual dues has built our capital base, including the Athletic Fee Assistance Program. All monetary donations fall under St. Thomas More's 501(c)3 tax-exempt status. Our goal is to have 100 STM families join the Booster Club this year.

 

• Current Fundraising Goals stand as follows:
  • $1,000 for athlete recogniction (including "senior day" signs for basketball and Athletics Mass reception)
  • $9,000 for new JV basketball uniforms, shooting shirts, and practice pinnies
